DSO Shell (DSO150) Oscilloscope DIY Kit

DSO Shell (DSO150) Oscilloscope DIY Kit

Watch out the fake DSO Shell’s from these counterfeiters. They can not be upgraded firmware and have no technical support. To protect your interest it is strongly suggested, at placing an order, to make clear to your seller that you have the right to get refund if you receive a DSO Shell with the PID “t2uvGy8a” or “eZn6IX2r“. These PID’s are identified fake. Almost all fake DSO Shell are with one of these PID’s. ( How to find out the PID )

Highlights of DSO Shell:

  • Bandwidth: 0 – 200KHz
  • Sensitivity range: 5mV/DIV – 20V/DIV (using x1 probe)
  • Maximum input voltage: 50Vpk (using x1 probe)
  • Maximum real time sampling rate: 1MS/s
  • Time Base range 10us/DIV – 500s/DIV
  • Display Resolution: 320 x 240 Color display
  • Display Size: 2.4″

Important Notes

It is assumed that users have adequate soldering skills and troubleshooting skills to assemble the DSO138mini kits. It is not guaranteed that you will end up with a working device. However, we make as much effort as we can to approach that goal.

A DC 9V power supply (not included) is required to run the device. The power jack on the mainboard accepts a standard 5.5mm/2.1mm DC plug. Power voltage must not be higher than 10V!

Product updates

[2022.11.07] New analog board for the assembled DSO150 with improvements on:

  • More robust on power supply voltage. The old design could get damaged when power supply is higher than 10V. The new design can take up to 15V.
  • Solved the distortion issue for large negative signal.

A new firmware is required to support this new analog board. Due to space limitation the new design is not implemented in the kit version.
