Hello,
I saw some oscilloscope models with the ADC TLC5510.
This adds up to 20MSPS and, with the help of a FIFO (AL422B suggested on the STM website), it may be easier to use the entire ADC bandwidth.
But, I would like to know how to get 200MSPS from a 40MSPS ADC. Look at this analysis of this DSO338:
"3dB bandwidth is around 15MHz" "this application an external one is used (AD9288BSTZ-40 dual 8 bit 40MSPS ADC)"

200MSPS??? How???

FIFO for ADC (200MSPS from a 40MSPS ADC???)
DSO338 30MHz - Incorrect measurement of Vrms
Hi,
if anyone wants to buy the 30MHz DSO338 AARONTEK FNISRI, search well,
Notice that there is approximately 50% difference from the DSO150 (Vrms):
