Place Order

1. Email us or submit an order using the form below with the following information:
   1. your product SKU number
   2. quantity
   3. email address
   4. shipping address
   5. shipping method (details below). Note: If you choose courier please remember provide a phone number for delivery.
2. We will send you an invoice with the price and calculated shipping cost.
3. Submit your payment via PayPal.
4. Once payment has been received, we will ship your order within 3 – 5 business days. A tracking number will also be shared with you as soon as it is available.

Payment

For small order we currently only accept payment through PayPal. For large orders T/T is preferred.

Shipping

We have two shipping options available:

• Registered air mail (RAM); or,
• Courier (DHL, UPS, EMS, etc)

Registered air mail is cheaper. It is charged per 10g and starts from $4 including handling fees. For a small weight it is very economical but could take up to 2 – 4 weeks to arrive.

If you choose the courier shipping option, please check the availability of the selected service in your area before placing orders. Some courier companies may charge an extra fee for certain areas.

Replacements & Returns

We provide free replacement for items that are proved to be faulty. In cases where an item need to be returned for exchange, the customer is required to obtain an RMA from us first via email, and is expected to pay the return shipping cost. We will reimburse this cost upon verification of the faulty product.

Duties, Taxes and Extra Fees

Customers are expected to pay any duties and taxes charged by their countries. Customers are also expected to pay any extra fees that may be charged by couriers.
